EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE.

Subject of the given agreement is copy of FREE version of software
"Audiophile Inventory ConverteR 48X44" (earlier "Audiophile Inventory ConverteR 48-44") (further - Product).

The Author reserves the right to itself to cancel action of given
license for any version of the Product.

The Product distribute by a principle "as is".
Thus it is not provided any guarantees, obvious or meant.

You use the Product on own risk. The Author and Distributor
(authorized by Author) is not responsible for loss of data, damage,
loss of profit and any other kinds of losses connected with use
(correct or wrong) the Product.

You can use the given Product on any amount of computers.
You have the right of distribution of the distribution kit
of the given Product with a mention of Author's (and other authors all included in distribution kit files) name(s).

Files libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll, mingwm10.dll not included into Product and distribute according

For other files (files of Product, further - Files)
you cannot use, emulate, create new versions, lease, sell, change,
decompile, disassembling, to opening of algorithms or code of the Files
in other ways, to pass the Files or any of its components, otherwise,
than is certain by the this License Agreement. Any such illegal use means
automatic and immediate cancellation of the License Agreement and
can be pursued under the law.

All the rights for Product not given here are obviously saved for Author.

Installation and use the Product means, that you understand
all positions of the License Agreement and agree with them.

If for some reason or other you do not agree with this
License Agreement, it is necessary for you to remove Files from your storage devices
of information and to stop use Product.
